Out of Five Stars, we give Finesse Pro Services , Inc. " Ten Stars"! We can't say enough about Finesse. We own a one bedroom condo at Villa Capriani, North Topsail Beach. We had to a new heating and air conditioning unit put in our condo. About three months after unit was put in , our new real estate agent (we've had our unit for sale for over two years) went in to our to take pictures and our condo was covered with mold- everywhere! The new hvac unit was not taking moisture out of the air. After adjusting to total shock, we contacted Finesse Pro Services (referred to us by our rental company- Topsail Realty Vacations, LLC), Steve came out right away and started assessing and addressing our situation. Long story short- Steve is one-in-a-million in every way. We have never dealt with anyone so honest, caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and fair that exceeded our expectations. And, one thing that we cherished is that he communicated with us on every step. He sent pictures and kept us in the loop on every detail. He always did what he said he would do. We do not have trust in many people, but we can say we put our trust completely in Finesse and they did not let us down. We hope you never have to go through what we did, but, please believe us when we say you will want Finesse Pro Services handling it.

I can't say enough great things about Finesse. They are so accommodating and reasonably priced and do an amazing job. I called in because my out of state rental property had dog pee stains on the carpet. I was sent a pic by my cleaning lady. What was I to do? I had a guest checking in at 4. This was at 2:30. I called Finesse to ask the soonest they could come out. Jeff answered and said he'd break away from his crew and head over immediately. Jeff text me photos of additional stains that I was unaware of. Jeff promptly spot treated and cleaned and was out in a jiffy. Of course he text pics before leaving. My guests will be checking in soon and all is well. Thank you SO much Finesse! It's been 1 hr and 6 mins since I called you and you made it like it never happened. I will be recommending you to everyone! You make it easy to have a rental that's out of state :)

I have a Sea Ray 380 boat that had soiled and stained carpets that included drink/food stains and stains tracked up from the engine room. Steve and Sebastian did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and applying a Scotchgard protective coating upon completion. As the carpets are cleaned and protected I am looking forward to future use. Hats off to Steve and Sebastian for their hard work and thorough cleaning of the carpets in the boat. We have an oceanfront property on Topsail Island. We had a small area of water damaged carpet from wind-driven rain as well as a hole in the carpet in another room left by a four-legged guest. We called Finesse and Steve went right out to the house to assess the damage. He assured us that Finesse could patch the hole and restore the water damaged carpet by the door and gave us a reasonable estimate. He and the team arrived on time and took care of everything in no time. We couldn't tell where the hole had been and all the carpet looked good as new. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and will definitely use Finesse again.

You don't want to be worrying and wondering if your work is being done correctly and with integrity, do you? Then you need Finesse Pro Services and their dedicated owners and workers to do the job for you. My house had water damage in two rooms just prior to Christmas. What a mess! Finesse came in as soon as I phoned them and efficiently took care of my concerns and the job that needed to be done. I am happy to say that they not only worked around my schedule, but did a superb job, while cleaning up as they finished their daily work. They dried out my house, replaced carpet padding, replaced the laminate flooring, replaced insulation, fixed a leak, and put everything back together just like it was before the water damage. I just want to express my utmost satisfaction with the excellent service provided by your two technicians when they cleaned our carpet and one of our chairs last week. They were extremely polite and very professional. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they took all the necessary precautions to make sure they did not damage or soil our house as they went about their work. Their shoes and their tools were clean and they were very careful with the placement of the hoses to make sure they didn’t scrape any walls or furniture. They also cleaned a chaise lounge that had been stained by juice, milk, and dogs. It only took about 10 minutes and my chaise looks like it was purchased from a store.
